I. Definitions

For the purposes of these conditions means:

"Operator" GATE, s.r.o., with registered office Na Kopci 537/16, 010 01 Žilina - Trnové, Slovak Republic, ID: 36 417 742, email address: info@gate-wear.com;

"Person Involved" means a person who provides personal data for the Operator for the purposes listed below, in particular a visitor to the Operator's website, customer or job-seeker with the Operator;

"Regulation" Regulation (EU) No. 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016, General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR);

"Act" act no. 18/2018 on the protection of personal data as amended.

II. Processing of personal data for the purpose of sending a newsletter

Personal information the Person Involved, which is processed by the Operator for the purpose of sending information about his products, services, news, and newsletter is: the email address of the Person Involved.

The legal basis for processing these voluntarily provided data is the consent of the Person Involved granted within the meaning of § 13 par. (1) a) Act in conjunction with the Act. Art. 6 ods. (1) a) Regulations that may be revoked at any time by clicking on the active link at the end of each newsletter or on the basis of a written request sent to the Operator's email address.

Personal data will be processed for as long as interest of Person Involved in subscribing the Operator's newsletter, that is, for the duration of the purpose of their processing.

Proccesing of personal data may be entrusted to intermediarywho provides or can provide web hosting services for the Operator and its purposes, administering such websites, managing the CRM systems of the Operator, managing newsletters campaigns, or for an intermediary who provides the Operator with a technical solution for managing newsletters campaigns. Personal data may be further provided to Hoffmann Czech Republic, spol. s ro, with registered office at Jeremenkova 725/90, 140 00 Praha, Czech Republic, IČO: 26725789, and GATE Poland SP ZOO, with registered office 11 Listopada 2, 44-330 Jastrzębie-Zdrój, Republic of Poland, KRS: 0000544902, which can provide for the archiving of processed personal data for the Operator, if necessary.

With regard to the proccessing ofPerson´s Involved personal data, there will be no automated decision or profiling, and the Operator does not intend to provide personal data to a third country, to an international organization, or to a third party, except for the above-mentioned intermediaries.

Person Involved has the right to require from the Operator access to his or her personal data, their correction or deletion, or limitation of processing, the right to object to processing, the right to transfer data to another operator, as well as the right to file a complaint with the Office for Personal Data Protection, if Operator and / or intermediary proceeds to process personal data in violation of the Regulation and / or the Act.

The Newsletter is not primarily intended for Persons Involved under 16 years of age.

III. Processing of personal data for purposes of registration of jobseekers

Personal data of Person Involved, processed by the Operator for the purposes of registration for job seekers and information about ongoing selection procedures are: identification and contact details of Person Involved, details of his / her work experience and preferences and details provided in the Documents provided by the Person Involved.

The legal basis for processing of these voluntarily provided the data is the consent of the Person Involved granted within the meaning of § 13 par. (1) a) Act in conjunction with the Act. Art. 6 ods. (1) (a) Regulations, which may be at any time withdrawn upon written request sent to the Operator's email address.

Personal data will be processed for the duration of interest of the Person Involved to be included in the Operator´s Register of Jobseekers and to inform about the ongoing selection procedures, for the duration of the purpose of their processing. Personal data will cease to be processed at the end of the selection process in which the Person Involved will be selected as a successful job seeker, thereby forfeiting the purpose of processing the data.

V. Using cookies

What are cookies and how they work?

Cookies are small files, which are sending and saving websites visited by the Person Involved to the computer, mobile or tablet. Cookies are saving to the folder of the relevant web browser , which is used by Person Involved. The web browser of Person Involved reload saved cookies during a repeated visit to the site and sends them back to the web page or element that created the original cookie. This is usually the proper functionality of these websites.

How operator uses the cookies?

The Operator uses cookies to ensure the proper functioning of these websites (Essential cookies), cookies for analytical purposes in order to continually improve the settings of these websites, and cookies for the purpose of displaying the advertisements - this is also the legal interest of the site of operator, which is the legal basis for processing cookies. Data, which Operator proccesses on a cookie basis is anonymous and is not associated with any particular person.

How can I use cookies set up and disable?

The Person Involved has a option to manage cookies related to basic features, website enhancement, customization, and advertising,directly in their Internet browser. How long does the Operator keep the information obtained?

The length of the data renention of Operator depends on the type of cookies. The session cookie expires as soon as the internet browser closes. Permanent cookies, including locally accessible objects, may be valid for several months.

V. Using IP addresses and other tools

On this site, can be located third-party tools that use the IP address of the Person Involved or cookies which:

- The Operator will use to reach the Person Involved with the offer of his products and services after the Person Involved leaves this websites, on the basis of a legitimate interest of the Operator which consists in the sale of the products and services in interest of Person Involved during visiting websites. - The Operator uses for measure the traffic and using of their website, based on the Operator's legitimate interest in continually improving these Web sites. Most of the data that the Operator acquires with the help of the above tools is completely anonymous (e.g.masked IP adresses). Nevertheless, the Operator recalls that the Person Involved may exercise the rights described in Art. II. these conditions.
